Large Vintage Gold Plated Sterling Flying Eagle Brooch by Coro 1940's

Coro produced a wonderful bird series during the 1940's under the name of Coro Craft which was a high end edition of their Coro jewellery in USA. It is produced in sterling silver, and in this case with a gold plated wash. This fabulous Eagle has great power, three dimensional in design and is a large size at 11cms x 8.5cms. In very good condition considering it is almost 80 years old at least. It has been well looked after. The Corocraft signature is to the back and marked sterling.  There is a strong well working fold over safety clasp. Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
