Returns Promise

For the most part, items for sale on the Vintage Online website are pre-loved. We are absolutely committed to quality, value & service and endeavour to make the product descriptions as clear as possible so you can buy with confidence.  Should you receive an item that you are not entirely satisfied with, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return it we will accept return of the item within 14 days from the date you received the item. You will be given the option of a refund or credit note.

Returning an unwanted item is subject to the following conditions:

1. Please email us explaining the reason for the return and where applicable, we will issue you with a return authorisation number. Please ensure that this number is enclosed with the return package.
2. The item must absolutely be in the same condition it was when first received by you, and re-packaged securely for its return to us.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us again safely. We recommend that you send the item via registered parcel post as we can't take responsibility for missing returns. Please re-package the item as carefully as you can, ensuring that each item is packaged so that it is unable to move in transit.

5. Once we receive the returned item you will have the option of a refund or credit note. A refund will be issued by the customers original payment method.  Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
