Weiss Vintage Rhinestone Brooch

The Weiss Jewellery Company was founded in New York, USA in 1942 and was in business until the 1970's/ Their rhinestone brooches from the 1960's period, like this one are highly collectable today. They have a reputation for high quality rhinestones and workmanship. This is a lovely starburst example, and clear rhinestones are fabulous to wear with any outfit from denim to silk. Width across the brooch is 4.5cms. Each rhinestone fully faceted to catch the light, set in silver tone metal with a firm roll over safety catch to the back along with the WEISS signature.
