1940's Blue Sapphire Rhinestone Vintage Flower Brooch

For the lover of authentic nostalgic vintage, a beautiful brooch quite large at 9cms x 6cms.  There is a flower head with five tear drop shaped deep sapphire coloured rhinestones, each prong set and fully faceted. The flower buds and leaves are enamelled and each trimmed with channel set rhinestones, all tied with a rhinestone set bow in gold tone metal. So typical of the era, a quality piece with firm roll over safety clasp to the back. It is in very good condition especially given the age, with minimal wear.  Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
