Antique Cameo Bar Brooch 9ct Gold

A sweet antique bar brooch with a traditional cameo head and filigree either side. Measuring 5cms across with attached safety pin for added security. Measurement of the cameo head is 2cm x 1cm.   The cameo face appears to be an early resin or stone rather than shell. Some times that is hard to tell exactly.  There is 9ct gold mark to the back along with a firm C shaped clasp. The long pin may have been replaced at some stage, along with the security safety pin.
