Vintage Floral Spray Brooch by Simpson, Jewel Craft 1950's, Original Box.

One of our very own major Australian jewellers, in business 1950's - 1970's. DONALD SIMPSON.  Beautiful, well made costume jewellery under the varying trademarks of "Originals from Simpson" "Another Original from Simpson" and "Jewel Crest". His designs were manufactured in Australia using high quality materials, Austrian crystals, Cultured pearls, and Aurora Borealis rhinestones. Classic floral motifs and bouquets to imitate fashionable diamond jewellery. Sold in original silk velvet lined boxes. Each piece now highly collectable. 

In the shape  a floral spray, measuring 7cms x 4cms, set in silver tone metal with Jewelcrest signature to the back along with a firm roll over safety clasp. In very good condition, all rhinestones retaining their sparkle.  There is the very lucky addition of a Simpson jewellery box and it is in very good condition in dark green leatherette with dark green silk velvet internally.   A lovely gift for the discerning collector.  Free Express postage within Australia.
