T L Mott 1930's Crinoline Lady Hand Painted Brooch
Hand painted portrait brooches became very popular during the 19th century before the new era of photography. The T.L. Mott company started in 1875 in Birmingham, UK. This is lovely example with her aqua coloured dress, showing pink petticoats and her aqua feathered hat. Painted and placed under lucite with a brass tone frame the brooch measures 4cms x 3.5cms. There is a fir roll over safety clasp to the back along with TLM Made in England signature. Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
