Mountain Ash Brooch from Exquisite Co, UK 1960's

This lovely brooch is from the Tree range produced by Exquisite Jewellery Company of Solihull, UK during the 1960's period. They produced a range of 12 in their Tree range each one beautifully handcrafted with cold enamelling. The Exquisite brand itself was a trademark of W.A.P Watson founded in 1914 and they were in business until the 1970's. A lovely combination of green leaves and red berries set in gold tone metal with Exquisite signature, and firm roll over safety clasp to the back. Substantial in size at 6cms x 6cms. Very good condition, gift boxed by Vintageonline.
