Carved Roses Bead Vintage Choker Necklace

These carved beads are often referred to as being bone but my feeling is they are more likely a resin. Carved bone jewellery was popular at one point, and the manufacture of resin made the production of "carved" beads so much easier. So whilst this lovely choker necklace could be carved bone on sight, it is more likely to be resin. Nevertheless a pretty vintage look. Length end to end is 39cms (not for a large neck) Each bead is 12mm. One bead has the screw in clasp. In very good condition, gift boxed by Vintageonline.
