1960's Corocraft USA Pink Rhinestone Brooch & Earrings Set

While standard "Coro" pieces were mass marketed, the Corocraft mark which is shown on the brooch was reserved for their higher end more expensive designs. These typically featured heavier gold plating, superior stone setting, and more intricate design work. Many of Coro's iconic high end designs during the 1950's-1960's period were spear headed by legendary design director Adolph Katz who patented many of the company's structural leaf and floral motifs.   Here we have a beautiful vintage costume jewellery set featuring a curved feather or leaf shaped brooch with matching clip on earrings with pave set deep fuschia pink coloured crystal stones set in textured gold tone metal. typical of mid 20th century style.  The brooch measures  7cms x 4cms. The matching clip on earrings are firm and comfortable, and measure 2.5cms x 1.5cms. Both the brooch and earrings are in excellent condition. Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
