1960's Blue Rhinestone Pinwheel Vintage Brooch

A big and beautiful brooch with three varying shades of blue set in a gold tone metal pinwheel setting.  Along with the roll over safety catch to the back there is a pendant bale which could, with a thing gold tone chain turn the brooch in to a pendant.
