Red Venetian Wedding Cake Glass Bead Vintage Necklace

Vintage Red Wedding Cake Venetian Glass Beads made by Venetian Glassblowers and decorated with applied bands of coppery aventurine and raised applied flowers and swirls.  They are referred to as wedding cake beads due to their intricate decorations.  Each of the wedding cake beads separated with a tiny mustard coloured glass bead.  Measurement of the necklace end to end is 45cms finished with a firm ring clasp.  There are 30 wedding cake beads in total and the necklace is in excellent condition.
