Rifas USA Vintage 60's Brooch

Rifas, a jewellery company based in Chicago USA produced quality costume jewellery during the 1960's period. Little else is known about the company other than the company was started by Frank Rifas, and had a reputation for quality craftmanship featuring quality metals and stones. It is opossible that they also produced jewellery for the D & E Company.   Here we have a mass of small stones with the look of moonstone, each one centred with a tiny white milk glass stone, and then enhanced with four gilded leaves.  Set in gold tone metal there is a firm roll over safety clasp along with the Rifas signature. True vintage and a highly collectable piece.
