Limoges France 1940's Romantic Scene Porcelain Brooch

Painted on to porcelain these lovely brooches from Limoges France are highly collectable today. The scene shows a romantic couple in a garden setting.  Limoges has been producing quality porcelain since the 18th century and this one is from the 1940'speriod. The paintings often reflect the romantic Rococo period. There is a firm trumpet style clasp to the back along with the Limoges France signature. Substantial in size at 5.5cm across.
