Jan Michaels 1980's Designer Brooch USA

From the design house of Jan Michaels who has been designing her fabulous jewellery in San Francisco over the last 40 years. She has now retired but was known for her eclectic vintage and antiquity inspired fashion jewellery worn by women and some men across the globe.  This gorgeous vintage brooch is typical of her exquisite handiwork embracing the style of a Roman coin in the centre surrounded by a mesh frame and then a frame of tortoiseshell look resin set on a metal back with JAN MICHAELS SAN FRANCISCO signature and firm roll over safety clasp.
