JJ Jonette Leopard Brooch and Earrings 1986

This stunning prowling leopard set was first produced in 1986 and the date imprinted to the back. They were commonly crafted in a variety of finishes including pewter and copper as well as the gold tone shown here.  There is a large brooch measuring 7cms x 5cms, and matching earrings with pierced fitting each measuring 3cms x 3cms.  A fabulous set to wear together or individually.  The condition is as new, and perfect. There is a firm roll over safety clasp to the back.  Recently arrived from USA.,  the Jonette Company closed in 2006.  I suspect the moulds have continued to be used.  The condition of this set is so good that I doubt it has been around since 1986, despite the imprint to the back of the brooch.  Cant be absolutely sure.  No known provenance and so stylish.  Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
