Often described as "Old Hollywood Glamour" a rhinestone bib necklace consisting of a tiered v shaped fringe design creating a dramatic cascading effect. Set in to gold tone metal with clear iridescent rhinestones and aurora borealis rhinestones. It has a beautiful shimmering effect that is really gorgeous in real life.
