Gold Filled Blue Sapphire Rhinestone Vintage Brooch

Gold filled vintage brooch from the 1960's marked gold filled to the back along with 12K signature and a design mark which I am fairly sure is for the American designer Harry Iskin. The 12K means that it is 50% gold over a brass base.  Free form gold leaves tied with a bow and the bow is centred with a blue sapphire coloured rhinestone, faceted and prong set. Overall dimension is 5.5cms x 2.5cms. A quality piece in very good condition, gift boxed by Vintageonline.
