Asian Face Mask Vintage Brooch

This quirky vintage brooch is very reminiscent of the American Company Reinad who were in business from 1922 until 1954. Many of their pieces were signed, but  also much of Reinad's production was unsigned and relied on paper hang tags.  A recent acquisition form USA, with no known provenance.   Reinad did however produce a collection during the early 1950's which was called their Asian Princess Range. I have been unable to confirm this brooch as one of theirs.  It is of strong construction, and in excellent condition. Shiny gold tone metal and vibrant red rhinestones enhanced with tiny clear rhinestones. Overall size is 5cms x 2.5cms. There is a firm roll over safety clasp to the back.  Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
