Limoges France Romantic Couple Brooch 1930's

Limoges France was renowned for its high quality ceramic, and as people travelled it became popular to bring back a piece of jewellery or china produced by the wonderful craftspeople of Limoge.  This oval shaped ceramic brooch has the painting of a romantic couple in royal dress. The frame is cream resin. The trombone clasp and hinge is firm and would indicate a date to the 1930's period. Marked Made in Limoges, France to the back. Overall dimension is 4.5cms x 4cms.  In good pre loved condition, and gift boxed by Vintageonline.
