D & E Juliana Rhinestone 60's Brooch

A beautiful example of the jewellery produced by William de Lizza and Harold Elster during the middle part of the last century in America. Their company was renowned for the production of high quality beautiful costume jewellery and its use of strong construction and exquisite swarovski stones. It was  identified by hang tag, and sold throughout major stores within America. This is a gorgeous example in pristine condition recently arrived from USA.  A wonderful combination of cognac coloured rhinestones and aurora borealis stones, each one prong set,  perfect,  and reflecting the light. It is sometimes referred to as Juliana which can be misleading, as their Juliana range was only produced during one year of 1967 and it is impossible to know if it belonged to that range for sure. Often their ranges were given girls names.  This lovely example measures 7.5cms x 5cms. A stand out piece in perfect condition with gold tone backing and firm roll over safety clasp to the back.
