Antique Victorian Love Knot Brooch

Victorians were particularly sentimental and a beautiful range of love knot brooches were produced in England circa 1890's, The knot symbolises everlasting unbreakable love. This lovely example has the knot in engraved gold tone metal with a central deep orange central stone. The stone itself is substantial in size at 1.5cms x 1cms. Size of the brooch is 4.5cms x 3.5cms.
