WEISS Signed Vintage Brooch

A very unusual brooch from the American Jewellery Company Weiss who were in business in New York from 1942 until 1971.  It is in immaculate condition with no wear showing at all. It is arrow shaped with a combination of milk glass and green stones. The three trails flex with movement and it would look fabulous at the throat on a shirt in upward position, or sideways on any outfit. It has an art deco look, set in silver tone metal with signature and a firm roll over safety clasp to the back.  Weiss produced wide ranges of rhinestone brooches and were known for some of the most beautiful and high quality jewellery of the time.  This one has almost an art deco look to it and quite different to many of their ranges.
