"Plique a Jour" - french for "Open to Light" is a tenchnique producing translucent enamels held in an open framework...in this case a silver framework. Her wings are so pretty in the light. Overall dimension is 4.5cms across her wings, by 2cms. There is a firm roll in safety clasp to the back. In perfect new condition, marked 925 to the back. Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
