Nolan Miller 80's Style Designer Brooch

Nolan Miller was born in Texas in 1933 and died in 2012. He built a highly successful career as private couturier to the Hollywood Film Stars and went on to create his own line of jewellery for the major American chain stores. He was principal costume designer for the hit TV glamorous series Dynasty and was responsible for the launch of the "padded shoulder".  Jewellery was produced until his death in 2012 and this gorgeous brooch is 1980's - 1990's in design.  The Nolan Miller signature and firm roll over safety catch is to the back.
