Girl Figurine with Wings Vintage Brooch

A sweet mixed metal figurine of a girl from USA measuring 7cms length and 4.5cms across her wings. She's not perfect with her fly away hair set in wire ringlets and a couple of tiny spots of metal loss to her frock, but she has charm and is a lovely symbol to wear. She holds a single bloom in her hands. Unknown provenance but likely to have been hand produced late last century. Was she in memory of a little one?
