This lovely brooch is not from as late as that period but ever since from time to time the Gibson girl image is revived. The ceramic brooch measures 5cms x 3.5cms. It is in very good condition...probably from the 60's - 70's....difficult to date hand made pieces exactly.There is a roll over safety clasp to the back.  Her oval portrait is finished with a pink bow and she is framed with gold tone scrolling.
