Coro 1960's Lucite & Rhinestone Vintage Necklace

The American costume jewellery company Coro was a high profile and prolific producer of quality costume jewellery particularly after the opening of their large factory at Rhode Island in 1929. Lucite became very popular in the production of jewellery during the 1960's, a quality and versatile heavy duty plastic. This lovely daisy chain example has a combination of lucite flower heads embellished with a central rhinestone and flanked by rhinestones, set in gold tone metal.  Measurement across the flower heads is 2cms, and length of the necklace end to end is 41cms including the finished with a traditional firm hook clasp. In good condition with all original rhinestones present. A lovely colourful piece of true vintage gift boxed by Vintageonline.
