Aurora Vintage Australian Designer Necklace

Practically nothing can be found when researching vintage Aurora jewellery except it was sold in George's Department store in Melbourne during the 1960's. These days jewellery is occasionally found bearing the Aurora signature. It appears difficult to find any information not helped by the name which google confuses with aurora borealis. On this necklace the Aurora signature is on every link of the necklace. The necklace measures 47cms end to end including the 25cms of wave shaped enamelled sections. Some slight wear to the pale blue enamelling but nothing that detracts from its vintage beauty. There is a firm hook clasp.
