1940's Enamelled Flower Bunch Brooch

A lovely spray of flowers...perhaps hollyhocks, with a combination of clear rhinestone, red and green enamelling, and stones with the look of moonstone. Quite large at 7cms x 5cms. Set in a gold wash metal with a little wear commensurate with age, nothing that detracts from its vintage beauty, and a firm roll over safety clasp. There is a designer mark to the back - star with an S, but nothing is known of this company. The brooch originated in USA. In good vintage condition, and gift boxed by Vintageonline.
