1920's Paste Rhinestone Brooch
From a time when really good costume jewellery was produced to emulate the popularity of real diamonds. The production of "paste" meant that every woman could have the pleasure of wearing a nice bit of bling. This great free flowing brooch has a sea of small paste diamantes and measures a substantial 4cms x 8 cms. The back is silver tone metal with a firm push in clasp typical of the era. In very good condition, and gift boxed by Vintageonline.
