1950's Retro Featherlite Brooch

During the 1950's there were ranges of brooches produced particularly in Japan, and the USA made from very light plastic material. They were popular because of their colour, and ease of wear.  This lovely example in pale blue has five flower heads, each one centred with a pale blue faceted diamante. Measurement across is 7cms. A firm roll over silver tone clasp to the back. In very good condition. Iconic mid century from USA. It has obviously been well looked after. Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
